In the Council of Management meeting of 12 Dec 2016, the Councilors endorsed the following procedure on league fixture approval and confirmation.
After a league fixture was approved and confirmed (in CoM meeting or by circulation), VP League will issue a notification mail to all convenors about the effective time of confirmed league fixture.
The effective time will be 00:00 of the next date after the notification mail was issued. Public venue clubs can start to submit their green booking forms after this effective time. This effective time will also serve as the time to start the clock for bye-law 2.18 Rearranged Match at Season Starts.
