Recently we have received complaints about the slow progress of some of the games. While there were insufficient evidence to make a judgement on penalization of a particular team, we have decided to impose the following measure in an effort to push the games back to a normal pace:
- The skip is not allowed to go to the delivery end to instruct his/her teammates. The skips should conduct their directives at the head end.
- The team should avoid prolonged discussion on a particular head or during exchange of position.
- No “double-skipping” is allowed.
The above measures will be enforced immediately and relevant bye-laws will be amended accordingly.
