The HKLBA has received enquiry regarding the position of the skip in the National 2-4-2 competition and here is the guideline:
The rules in the memo “Restricting Movement of Players During Play” issued on November 19, 2012 have stated clearly that when it is the turn for the first player to delivery his/her last two bowls, he/she can only visit the head after delivery of the first bowl. That means both players will need to proceed together to the mat end and prepare for the delivery.
