The Council of Management has approved three changes to the arrangement of league games, with effective from the forthcoming Triples League 2013.
1. The start time of Saturday afternoon games in public venue remains unchanged, i.e. 3pm.
2. The period for re-arranged games will extend from 15 days to 22 days. Please note that all re-arranged games have to play before the final match of the original fixture.
Bye-laws 2.8.a and 2.8.e were changed accordingly.
3. HKLBA will arrange the league fixture according to three time slots, with the priority being Saturday afternoon, followed by Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.
