The 7th Asian Lawn Bowls Championship and 5th Asian Under 25 Singles Championship were hosted by the Chinese Multi-Bowls Association. The tournaments were held from 30 October to 7 November 2008 at Bijiashan Park, Shenzhen, China.
Hong Kong team comprised 14 players, two manger and a coach. For the open championship, the team was Luis Fernandes, S.K. Ng, C.S. Suen, Tony Chiu, Henry Wai, Carmen Suen, Angela Chau, Millicent Lai, Danna Chiu and Venus Ngai, with Dawood Karamdin and Sandy Sit as the managers. For the Under 25 champion, the team was Ken Chan, Howard Poon, Olivia Yu, and Pinky Chan with their coach Eric Chan.
The team won three Silver and two Bronze medals.
