Recently we have received enquiry about the use of mobile phones during a game. The scenario in question is that a player got annoyed because the opponent keep receiving calls and talk on the phone during a game.

HKLBA received an enquiry about the 22 days rule of a postponed game. When the ‘within 22 days’ rule is invoked (for a postponed bad weather – regular league game)… When does Day one start?
Reschedule league games extension (Issued on 14/06/13)
In view of the unstable weather and close to summer break, the League Panel suggested to extend the reschedule limitation for resumed games.
