At the council meeting on April 25, 2016 the councilors have endorsed the following arrangements for playing on heavy greens.
Extend postponed games arrangement (issued on 11/06/16)
In view of the inclement weather in past three weeks, the League Panel suggested to extend the period for postponed games. All postponed league matches of the first half season can be played before 1 Aug 2016 (Monday).
Recruitment of Disciplinary Panel Members
Because of resignation and retirements, the number of members in the Disciplinary Panel nowadays is only six, including myself, which, to a certain extent, is not enough to cope with the ever increasing disputes.
