SUBJECT: House Rules 項目: 場地使用守則
Recently, we received a complaint regarding a player smoking during a match at a public green. While the Championships Panel has decided to issue a warning to the player involved, we would like to take this opportunity to remind all players to observe the house rules of every venue.
According to the Leisure and Cultural Services Department’s Conditions of Use for Leisure Facilities, smoking is strictly prohibited in all LCSD sports venues. At private venues, smoking in public pleasure grounds is also prohibited unless a designated smoking area is clearly provided.
We would like to remind all players to comply with the relevant laws and venue regulations—not only concerning smoking but in all aspects of conduct—to avoid any further controversy.

近日，本會接獲有關一名球員在公共草坪進行比賽時吸煙的投訴。雖然公開賽小組已決定向該球員作出口頭警告，但我們希望藉此機會提醒所有球員務必遵守各場地的使用守則。
根據康樂及文化事務署《康體設施使用條件》的現行規定，轄下體育場地一律禁止吸煙。至於私人場地，除非設有劃定的吸煙區，否則亦禁止在場內吸煙。
我們再次提醒各位球員，必須遵守所有場地的相關法例及使用守則，不僅限於吸煙的規定，而是包括所有行為要求，以避免引起進一步的爭議。
