Dear Bowlers
In our AGM on September 15, 2025, the council approved the award of Life Membership to three of our ex-officers:
- Immediate past president Vincent Cheung, who passed away in April this year after serving as President for 26 years;
- Former Honorary Treasurer Mike Worth who passed away in 2022, having served the Association for 12 years;
- Heron Lau, who just retired from the position of Vice-President – Development this year, after providing service to the Association for 16 years.
The LBA life membership is a prestigious honor awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service and dedication to the Association continuously for more than 10 years.
I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for their effort over the years, which has made the bowling community united and stronger than before. It is not easy to provide voluntary service for such a long time, and their contributions will definitely be remember forever.
