The 17th Asian Lawn Bowls Championship and the 15th Under 25 Asian Lawn Bowls Championship is hold in India. The event was scheduled for April 5-11, at the lawn bowls green at Delhi Public School, New Delhi.

The Hong Kong China lawn bowls team won a gold medal on Women’s Fours at the 17th Asian Lawn Bowls Championships today, April 8.
The Fours team of Phoebe Ho, Yu Yee Sin, Abbie Chan and Helen Cheung defeated India with the last bowl of the final to take three shots and won 14:13.
The HKC team also achieved two silver medals in the Women’s Singles and Men’s Pairs. The Men’s Triples took a bronze.
Youngster Nixon Man also won a bronze in the U25 Boy’s Singles.
The second half of the Asian Championships will start on April 9, which will features the Men’s Singles and Fours, Women’s Pairs and Triples, as well as the U25 Mixed Pairs.
