(a) To attend the Members’ Meetings and meetings of Council of Management;
(b) To give comments and advice on the operation of LBA and make recommendations to the Council of Management;
(c) To monitor the operation of LBA to ensure it complies with the Articles of Association and Bye-laws;
(d) To collect the views from the Member clubs for discussion in the Council of Management;
(e) To act as a member of the Panels presided by the subject officers; and
(f) Perform any other duties as directed by the President or Council of Management.
