{"id":22214,"date":"2012-05-24T09:03:43","date_gmt":"2012-05-24T09:03:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bowls.org.hk\/rundown-of-annual-presentation-dinner-issued-on-240512\/"},"modified":"2024-03-21T13:10:12","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T13:10:12","slug":"rundown-of-annual-presentation-dinner-issued-on-240512","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bowls.org.hk\/zh-hant\/rundown-of-annual-presentation-dinner-issued-on-240512\/","title":{"rendered":"Rundown &#038; Seating Plan of Annual Presentation Dinner (Updated on 25\/05\/12)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"images\/stories\/Golden%20Jubilee%20Logo.jpg\" width=\"100\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Enclosed please find the rundown of the Annual Dinner for your circulation to your members who will be attending the dinner this Sunday 27 May at HKFC.<\/p>\n<p>May I have your attention to the following arrangements please :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The presentation ceremony will commence at 6:30pm sharp. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Prize winners<\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> are recommended to wear their Club team shirts to the dinner<\/span>. <\/strong>This will look better on the photos for all of our future references.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Club Conveners attending the dinner will be invited to present trophies to prize winners.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Winners are recommended to bring their own bags for their trophies and lucky draw gift.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">It is the responsibility of the Winning Clubs to take ALL their Club members\u2019 trophies. HKLBA will not keep the trophies for those winners who did not attend the annual dinner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Only the official photographer (Mrs. Stephanie WORTH) will be permitted to take photos of the prize winners on the stage.\u00a0 Winners can proceed to the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">designated photo-taking area<\/span><\/strong><\/span> in the banquet hall immediately after each presentation for their personal photo-taking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Lucky Draw<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Club representatives can collect their Lucky Draw Tickets at the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HKLBA Reception Counter<\/span><\/em><\/strong> <\/span>between 6 pm and 6:30pm on the day.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ALL lucky draw winners must collect their prize PERSONALLY and IMMEDIATELY as it will otherwise\u00a0be re-drawn immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Changes of Club entry no. will not be considered.<\/strong><\/span> Members who are NO SHOW will be charged for the actual meal cost of $315 per person.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Please note HKFC\u2019s Byelaw that use of portable mobile telephone on the Club Premises is strictly prohibited. \u00a0No smoking will be permitted in any internal areas of the Club.\u00a0 Any penalties will be borne by the individual.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Should you have any enquiries, please feel free to contact Ms. Leona Ng at 2504 8250.<\/p>\n<p>Best regards,<\/p>\n<p>Vincent Cheung<\/p>\n<p>President<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Rundown version 2 &#8211;
