According to our Articles of Association, the Council of Management will appoint a number of Panels to control and manage all competitions of the Association and such other Panels for the purposes as it may think fit. \u00a0Each Panel will consist of not less than three members of the Council of Management, one of whom shall be an Officer of the Association. The total number of panel members in each Panel will be decided by the Chairman of the Panel.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Each of such other Panels may co-opt other persons who are not members of the Council of Management to give expert or other special information or advice during the consideration of any subject.
