{"id":18985,"date":"2020-03-22T16:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-22T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bowls.org.hk\/postponement-of-the-men-a-women-national-champion-of-champions-championship-2019-3\/"},"modified":"2024-04-19T18:12:53","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T10:12:53","slug":"postponement-of-the-men-a-women-national-champion-of-champions-championship-2019-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bowls.org.hk\/zh-hant\/postponement-of-the-men-a-women-national-champion-of-champions-championship-2019-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Arrangement for National Championships 2020 (Issued on 23\/3\/20)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Due to the increasing risk of the coronavirus and the closure of all public greens from today, the National Championships Panel has decided on the following arrangement for national competitions this year:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2019 National Championships Finals Day \u2013 Winter<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">It will continue as scheduled on April 13, 2020 (Monday) at USRC but only players and officials involved are allowed to attend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Champion of Champions Championship 2019<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">It will be postponed until further notice. There is a chance to cancel the event if time does not allow it to finish before the preparation of this year\u2019s annual report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">National Pairs<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A revised fixture from Round Three onward will be issued once LCSD confirmed the re-opening of its greens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Indoor Singles<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A revised fixture will be issued once LCSD confirmed the re-opening of its indoor greens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">All other competitions not mentioned above<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Mixed Pairs, Mixed Triples, Mixed Fours, National 2-4-2 and the Aitkenhead Shield has been cancelled earlier. All other competitions will be postponed for now.
