The normal penalty is to deduct 4 points and play the match within 22 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2. For any\u00a0request\u00a0arriving HKLBA office\u00a0between\u00a06 and 8 days\u00a0inclusive,\u00a0the side raising the request will be deducted 2 points if the request is approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3.
